Start of Term Arrangements
We are really looking forward to welcoming you all back to the academy in September and would like to share the arrangements so that you are all fully aware of the day, time and location of your return:
Wednesday 6th September
Only our Year 7, 11 and 12 students will attend this day. The arrangements are as follows:
Year 7: Arrive via the Bilton Grove entrance at 8:35 and gather in the Agora
Year 11: Arrive via the Purple Door entrance at 12.30 and gather in the Agora
Year 12: Arrive via the Purple Door entrance at 8:35 and gather in the Theatre Bar area
Thursday 7th September
All year groups are expected to attend this day. The arrangements are as follows:
Year 7: Arrive via the Bilton Grove entrance at 8:35 and move to form classrooms
Year 8: Arrive via the Preston Road entrance at 8:35 and gather in the Agora
Year 9: Arrive via the Preston Road entrance at 8:35 and gather in the Sports Hall
Year 10: Arrive via the Preston Road entrance at 8:35 and gather in the Winter Gardens
Year 11: Arrive via the Bilton Grove entrance at 8:35 and gather at the basketball courts
Year 12: Arrive via the Purple Door entrance at 8:35 and move to form classrooms
Year 13: Arrive via the Purple Door entrance at 8:35 and gather in the Theatre Bar area
