The home-school partnership is vital to ensure that students reach their true potential. When all sides of the triangle of home, school and student work together, we are far stronger.
We welcome and encourage all parents and carers to contact the school to discuss any concerns you have or good news stories and we will do likewise. We believe that it is crucial that we have strong links between home and school to be able to develop every child’s full potential.
Every year there are two formal evenings where parents and carers can meet with teachers and pastoral teams – at the form tutor evening and the parents’ information evening. Reports are sent home three times per year. The student planner is the most important tool in home-school communication and we ask that parents and carers look at this weekly.
